Cheese

This unassuming shop front is a palace of joy.
Masses of choice from artisanal small cheese makers, a lot of them British*.
We left with a huge selection, which will be devoured tomorrow with some hummus, bread, crackers & olives.
Before this we had been to get some wallpaper for the front bedroom. It’s admirably floral & flamboyant.
Thats for another day. Currently happily groaning after i made a puff pastry tart with onions & mushrooms sweated down with paprika, then scattered with asparagus tips & an awesome Rosary Goats cheese before going into the oven.
Rather nice it was too.
