Oyster Catchers

A very wet, miserable morning but just after lunch the rain stopped and the sky brightened. L and I donned our wellies and jackets and set off, with Fouter, up to Chapel Green.

By the time we had walked up the lane the weather was wonderful ..... not a cloud in the vivid blue sky. From our vantage point above the sea and the rocks we spotted a heron, a curlew and quite a number of oyster catchers scuttling up and down on the rocks.

At the end of our walk the dark rain clouds were rolling in again ... we did get home before the rain started.
