Friday evening

We have been busy all day in the garden /workshop and were thinking of heading off to the boat when our friends rang and invited us over for an impromptu BBQ . I took the camera as blip needed.!
They live in a lovely Victorian house which they now have up for sale as they are downsizing. The garden is beautifully laid out and there are some secret little corners which I love. I took some pictures of this piece of driftwood they have. Our friend found it on the beach and persuaded her son and his friend to carry it back home under protest. There is something very aesthetically pleasing about driftwood and this piece is particularly special. She is going to give it to me when they move. Whoopee !
