Raining, painting, hailing

I'm determined to finish these bannisters.  I'm hoping that I can get the spindles finished off this weekend.  

The day started with circuits and the weather was so misreable I actually had to drive round, mainly so me and the bike didn't get soaked en route which wouldn't have been fun.  I got the base coast of colour on the spindles before lunch, had a sandwich and tackled the other.  The rest of the day was doing the cleaning, making tea and then realising I didn't have enough frog tape to do a second coat tomorrow so had to dash out to Homebase.

The weather has been bananas all day - chucking it down, hail, then some lovely bright sunny spots.  I thought the view from the window of the weather fronts was a better blip then another before and after of the bannisters...
