Regatta

Went this afternoon to watch our colleagues' twins compete in a two-day regatta down by the dam that forms our Lake. There were various classes; they were in a Topaz, and these are Lasers - but I couldn't resist the light on the water in this.

The light was just amazing, and constantly changing, and I had no idea how to really capture it. A thunderstorm was predicted, and it broke just as they were all getting to shore. OK for those in wetsuits - which wasn't my case.

Gratefuls:
- a lie-in this morning, I was exhausted
- some good ideas from Claudia on a way forward for Analie's visa, and Maria from the market a lot better
- enjoying the fun of the regatta, and the dramatic weather
