weres my BASIL

A few months ago,I PLANTED some basil seeds in a hanging basket .
I was expecting some basil to grow ,
I did not expect to get some large flower, the basil is still there,
but only a small amount ,as you can see.
I have no idea ,what the flower is .
CAN anybody help ,me to name this flower????
