Dusk

Nice Sunday; quiet dry weather so had a gentle afternoon walk. Swans galore, we counted 28. And two herons (miles apart, obvs..)
Made a chocolate sponge this morning, ostensibly for kids/family in the week but we have tested it quite a bit ourselves. Day ran away with me a bit and find myself heading up to dinner time with quite a few things falling over into tomorrow, which I hadn't really wanted, but that's life and I do always think the day holds more hours than it does.
