Long day today. Up and out for morning dog walk with H and MrsT then off to Murrayfield for a ten pin bowling tournament.

6 games.

390 for first 2 games, 360 for second 2 games then the dreaded lanes 1 & 2 and I only hit 296.

Still, over 174 average but could have been so much better.

The tournament was proceeded by my first Scottish Seniors training session.

It was fun but quite intense with various drills to practice.

Didn’t get home till after 7pm.

Dinner and a dog walk and I’ll retire for a beer.
