Wheatley Windmill

A morning at home but after lunch we had a trip out to Wheatley Windmill which was having its once a month open day. We met a good friend there and had fun climbing up to the top of the windmill and hearing a bit about the history of it. It is maintained by a volunteer team and is in great condition now having been restored over a long period beginning in the 1970s.
