Apple Vodka Mojito

Out for a belated birthday lunch for me, and an early birthday lunch for my son Jae (sweet 16 on Wednesday!) We ate at the Slug and Lettuce, where I took advantage of their 2 for 1 cocktail deal. The food there is pretty good but the cocktails are just gorgeous. Normally I don't like Mojitos, as they tend to be white rum based (yuck!), but this one is vodka, which is just fine by me!!
