Are You Getting Up?

The Yellow Guys have been wondering about my lack of activity. Although the main symptoms have abated still felt a little under the weather today and digestive system not back to normal. Apparently it can take a little while to recover after a bout of novovirus so just have to take it as it goes. Probably better to start doing other things up and about to take my mind off it.
