The rainy half

We are definitely in the rainy half of the country today.  I drove through a flooded lane to do my shopping this morning, and the idea of starting to tidy up the garden for the Winter was out of the question, maybe tomorrow.

The trees have coloured up a lot in the week that we have been away, but the pots are definitely ready for Winter planting.
