Grumble alert!

        I spotted some "Black Garlic Ketchup" on my last victualling run to Cranston's Food Hall; and, being partial too black Garlic I got a bottle,
        One of my "grumbles" is that you can, no longer, sell a "Meat & Taty Pie"; unless there is more Meat than Taty it must now, legally, be a Potato & Meat Pie and YET we can buy all Butter Shortbread which isn't and there's even a Lancashire "Butter Pie" and you can bet your bottom Dollar the filling is not Butter.
       This, I think, must. be the farthest out of whack, by. ingredients. 
Onions,  Apples,  Brown Sugar, Tomato paste,  Garlic,  Balsamic Vinegar (Containing four ingredients),  Rape seed Oil,  Salt,  Black Garlic Paste being the final item on the list,Containing black garlic & water.  Then ground black Garlic o.54% 
       Still - I like it AND it's local.
