Very early in the morning at Dunwich, Suffolk.
The end of the DUNWICH DYNAMO an overnight bike ride from London - Dunwich. About 140 miles !

This was at about 6am. I went to meet Tony & Patrick who arrived at around 6.40am. Sadly, not the balmy summers morning we'd anticipated, so no enthusiasm for an early morning dip followed by a leisurely breakfast and journey home.
Grey, damp, windy & distinctly chilly, so home quickly & back to bed to sleep it off !

And then we watched the end of the Tour de France - haven't been able to get wildly excited about it this year. Last year was somehow much more exciting with Wiggo & Cav both working for Sky, and both great characters.
