Sunset

The one inside was nicer than outside. My birthday present was that my heel wound is now the smallest it has been since it began. We are talking about healing & keeping it healed now. It was a long appointment as we ended up casting the foot in plaster of Paris to make a mould which will produce a unique to me heel cup to take the pressure off .
