My View of the Outside World Today

This morning while trying to put a sock on I caused the muscles in my back and legs to go into spasm, causing such pain that even the Morphine did not help much. Laying on my back the pain did eventually ease, but this has been my view of the outside world all day looking up and out of the bedroom window; not much of a blip I am afraid.


Once again I have dictated these words and Mrs GOG is posting this for me.
