Sunday walk

R and I went for a six mile walk today, mainly to test my foot and see if the pain came back afterwards. Thankfully it didn’t. We chose a circular walk that was suggested in the OS App but it turned out to be hard going in places as the map showed paths that were not there on the ground. Anyway, it was still quite enjoyable.
R then went down to the gym while I did a few chores at home and cooked dinner.
