Derelict Tuesday

I have no idea what this building's original purpose was, but it obviously hasn't been used for a while and the CCTV warning in one of the windows hasn't deterred a degree of vandalism... or is it just weather-beaten?

'Caramel Week' on GBBO tonight is a first, I think. I wonder who'll come to a sticky end...
