More desk

Built according to his specification, this thing is bloody enormous. That's the trouble with drawings, even scaled drawings sitting beside scaled beds. You don't really get a proper appreciation of what it looks like in real life. See where yesterday's extension slots into the main bit, front to back it's 1.5m and from side to side, 1.8m. Maybe it won't look so huge when it's covered in monitors and keyboard and junk. 

I suppose when I deliver it unassembled, I can take my track saw and cut a strip off the back if he decides it's taking up too much space. But not too much. There's a 600mm deep cupboard to live under there and it's already built. 

Not much else apart from desk building but surely that's enough for one day?
