Beetroot

Our first harvest of beetroot - well, Richard's first harvest. I'm going to pickle it with white wine vinegar, sugar, star anise, bay leaves, all spice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and maybe a chillie or two, depending on how adventurous I feel.
