Today's the day ........................ to sit on the throne

This wonderfully unique work of art is to be found in the garden of the Stewartry Museum at Kirkcudbright.

It's the throne of the great God Odin and it was from here that he was able to survey all lands  His ravens Huginn (Thought) and Muninn (Memory) are perched on top and they could fly all over the world and tell Odin all that they saw.

The Chair was created by Ian Cameron Smith and Ian Gillan - and the Ravens by Callum King .........................
