The roads to the harbour will be closed for a few weeks to finish the work on the pedestrian area. This is the view from Hoopers Cafe. Prezzo is a former Lloyds Bank. A listed building of course and formerly the Torquay Bank until 1900.As we were sitting in the cafe I heard someone say there were once bee hives on the roof. True or False. Something to investigate.
