Construction

I am not sure whether this is an emergency blip or a lazy blip. Let's just call it convenient.

I had to attend a meeting in Istanbul yesterday evening. I had only passed through there before. It is a place I must spend some more time in.

One of the things which struck me was the amount of construction going on. All evidence of a thriving city.

Lots of construction going on in Ankara too. This the building opposite the hotel I am staying in. I like the lines. I assume they are as intended by the architect rather than a consequence of the construction process. Has to be, hasn't it?
