Festival girl!

Took my mum, daughter and grandson over to Holt in Norfolk for a bite of lunch and a mooch around the shops. Mum's maiden name was Holt although the family don't seem to have originated from here. She was thrilled to be going, and bowled over when she saw she had her very own festival!

It was quite a drive there but well worth it, we had a lovely lunch, lost count of the number tea rooms there were in such a small place but settled on with a court yard in the shade.

We were all quite restraint despite all the lovely jewellery, vintage and home shops that were calling us to part with our cash.

Mum now back in Southwold to enjoy the rest of her Suffolk holiday with my sister, and I'm struggling to stay awake after a 200 mile round trip!
