Looking over to the loch

a quick visit to the community tree nursery this afternoon followed by a walk along the track leading off from it. A mild day, a pleasure to get out, it it was good to hear birds chirping and to see a tiny frog leap across the track, John helping it along the way.  I was just about to say it should be fine along here when a Gater, appeared, (small farm covered quad vehicle), she disappeared from view although later on we caught up. On the return walk a blue van passed us, the driver was a son of the Gater driver. We spent a few minutes wondering what was going on further along the track.
