Swanning About.

The weather was terrible today. Rained all night and rained all day.

MrsT and I took H for an 8km walk from the lodge along the Lancaster canal.

I made a pot of soup for lunch which was enjoyed by all.

In the afternoon, the cousins from yesterday were all coming to visit.

I went for a 10km run.

MrsT and I did a 4km walk before dinner.

I’m doing a challenge at work where we log walks/runs over the month of October.

I’m currently sitting 2nd in the global leaderboard.
