At coffee

I had coffee with my two best friends this morning. This young fella sat not far away..and I just 'HAD TO' ask to take a picture of his T shirt...he generously smiled as he continued listening to his music...


Extra: Had a great training session with Jake this afternoon. He had some great stretches for my shoulders and lower back..with rubber bands...excellent feeling. My lower back is a mess:-)
