Rescued

I was woken at 5.45am by the loud squawking of a bird outside the window.

After 15 minutes I went outside to see what was going on and found these two baby Blackbirds on the ground. Mama bird was on the fence distressed.

Babies were still alive so I bought them inside as I couldn’t see a nest.
One was worse off than the other.
The Animal and Bird hospital opened at 8 am so I dropped them off there.

Hopefully they survive.
