A Day at Makarora

Scooby Doo and I have had a wonderful day, taking the bus to Makaroa and back again.  This blip is the view from the Cafe.  The trees are Cabbage Trees and a Kowhai Tree.  The first extra is of the Cafe, and the other 2 extras are Lake Wanaka and Lake Hawea, from the bus as we went driving by at speed.

We had our lunch at the Makarora Cafe, then came home via Hawea township and the Red Bridge at Luggate.  All in all a lovely day out in the brilliant sunshine.  btw, the Cafe thought we were 'Rock Climbers', not Prime Timers!!!
