TREE IN NEED OF HELP

The charm has disappeared from my magic tree. The leaves of this young palm are yellowing and drying up. This is in spite of the fact that I water it twice a day owing to the prolonged dry spell we are experiencing in our country. I am suspecting a serious viral or bacterial infestation. Any one knows what I can do to save this poor tree?
