Just a sip

It’s a given that as soon as I put clean water in the birdbath, MiniMe has to take a drink

I spent my day doing those tasks that you put off as they are time consuming yet have no visual results to see so at the end of the day you go “I sure was busy but there’s nothing to show for it!”

I had my pre-assessment video call with the Vermont University people as I’m about to begin their Balance Training Study in MS Looks like it’s going to be fun and as Kent has to do it with me, it will also be motivated.
