Fishermen's Works

He's putting bate on the hooks what are stored in an order in the big blue tub. In the extra a more clear picture of another who's doing the same ~ both men look as elders to me, and I suppose they don't go out fishing at night anymore... but never say "Never" ~ I didn't disturb them in their works with my question, so I can't state what they really do.
