Weighsted

"Buy by Weight, Bye Bye Waste!" is the motto of this shop in Hebden Bridge. 
It's a zero-waste, plastic-free health food shop. 
The idea is to bring a bag, a box, or a jar and fill up with affordable zero-waste and plastic-free food and household goods - everything from cooking and baking ingredients to organic oils and locally-made treats.   They will even deliver it - via an electric bike - of course.
(I was lucky to get home last night - soon after I passed through the main road between Todmorden and Hebden Bridge was closed for some hours due to flooding - and for those who asked - I got a 2nd & 3rd in last night's competition)
