Ouch

Ordered some bits from a chandler near Ipswich.
The first consignment never arrived so I contacted them and they checked the tracking and it had disappeared immediately after being collected.
So they ordered replacements and sent them out Tuesday. It arrived today but the package was crushed and one of the components has been bent. I managed to straighten it out without damage.
This afternoon the carrier wanted to “know how the delivery experience” had been.
So I told them on Trustpilot…..
