Canine encounter

Another warm day with sunshine.  Cycled to the wholefood store for supplies.

Caught this blip on my way back home.  I thought the dog was going to bark and torment the swan but it just seemed pleased to see it.

Took hound for his walk before lunch.

Chiropractor appointment in the afternoon.  My previous chiropractor Natalia is on maternity leave.  Khai was very pleasant and helpful.  She treated my knee which twisted when the hound pulled me trying to get to those blooming tree rodents.  She said she could feel the muscles were a bit lumpy trying to protect the knee joint and gave me some exercises to increase muscle flexibility.  It certainly feels much better.

Made leek, roasted squash and red lentil risotto for dinner.
