Salt

We arrived this evening at the Ritz on Amelia Island, after an 11-hour drive from Maryland, for my brother's wedding weekend. Those few guests who were in town early (9 of us including the bride & groom) went out to a wonderful dinner at Salt. I'm afraid after all the travel and excitement, I nearly forgot to get any photos at all. This is a rather poor shot of the phenomenal Scallops I enjoyed as one course. The restaurant offers over 40 varieties of natural and infused salts and sampling a number of them during the meal was a real treat.
