Atmospheric Trees in the Park

A very dull and dismal day. Forecast is for heavy rain, but it hadn't arrived by the time partner and I go for our walk. So a nice walk with some views. Eldest son arrived before lunch as well. He is on annual leave, so is going to try and finish the hold in the wall while I am working. He won't be bored as he waits for plaster to dry. Twin 1, who works in a shop, is also not working today.

A quiet afternoon for me. Rain arrived over lunch. Eldest son is waiting for the plaster to dry, so spends time with twin 1 rather than watch plaster dry. Just after afternoon coffee, they both head out as twin 1 hasn't yet met his niece, who is now over 13 weeks old. Weather is pretty awful. So partner and I don't go for a walk. I do spot a lull in the weather, and head out on my own. In the park, it looks very atmospheric, shown in the blip.

Eldest son and twin 1return just after tea. The plaster still hasn't dried, but needs a bit of touching up. We all think the plaster is the type, unlike the previous application, that is supposed not to dry quickly, so it can be kept in the tub it was supplied in.

The good part of the day is that it is Wine Wednesday. For the parents only though.
