Had a walk in Bitts Park, Carlisle this morning.  Lots of autumn colours around.  I always like seeing this Cormorant which is just outside the park.  It always look good especially at this time of the year.  Had another trip to Carlisle this afternoon to have a broken wisdom tooth and another broken tooth extracted at the hospital.  My neighbour very kindly took me.  All went smoothly and just have to get used to eating differently for a few days.
