A splash of colour

Applied a little self care - a morning massage and evening yoga! Work was sandwiched in between, and thankfully better than yesterday!

The tide was right at the top of its ‘basin’ tonight, chucking out seaweed, and soaking the odd passer by! Looked lovely with all the lights though. I managed to stay dry as I got my photo, on my way to a family dinner.
