In memory of Pa

..who called corned beef; 'bully beef'.

He never ate bully beef because that's all he ate in Hong Kong when he was part of the ground crew in the RAF, building the Kai Tak airport. I was disappointed when he told me, I thought he would have been fed noodles all day, everyday.

I do love a corned beef and brown sauce sandwich though but it has to be on white bread and cut into squares, never triangles, triangles are just for ham and tinned salmon!
