Spinach time

I pulled out my old spinach today. It was 1.5m toll, and just coming into seed. It has been in ground for about 18 mths. I have these plants to replace them. I took off some of the leaves and have frozen them for me. The rest I have chopped reasonably finely, and have bagged them and put in freezer at the hospital. It will make a good addition to our fruit eaters- Kea and Kereru. Don’t like wasting anything.
