Mr Dawe Day

Today was officially designated 'Mr Dawe Day'. After an assembly where the children were shown a film about my 24 years at the school, as a surprise for me, the children were allowed to choose outdoor activities which they associated with Mr Dawe...e.g. football, cricket, writing, reading stories etc.... and.....taking a photograph! this is the photographic base camp...:-)
the morning ended with cake and ice lollies in the shade!
more festivities this pm - a tea party with colleagues past and present....
quite a day!
