Worcester Pearmain

Early morning sun (it didn't last long) enabled me to do some work in our little orchard, putting grease bands on the trees to counter the Winter Moth and picking apples for freezing and juicing. We have twelve different varieties of apple and I haven't yet worked out which varieties make the best apple juice. Today I'll be trying the Worcester Pearmain.
