Went to Bolton on the train and thankfully all ran smoothly today. Saw the osteopath, because of the pilates and me doing the exercises he could see the difference. I must keep all this up. 
Am out at a quiz night tonight and have to be up early tomorrow for a day at the railway, training for the booking office.
