Ramblings and Mutterings

Setting the scene

Another day in the London office. I was on my own today, so was happy to listen to some music and just get on with work. It was a very busy office and rammed.

A bit of drama in the afternoon as we started to hear shouting outside in the street. We all looked out and it was some sort of protest march, not the biggest you've ever seen. Supposedly it was linked to Palestine, but you'd have had to do your research to work it out. God knows why they were doing it around Liverpool Street area, unless some bank has been funded stuff.

A quick team meeting in the afternoon and I had to set the scene for what is to come next week. It hit the mark so my young padawan told me. A call with HR after and we're all primed for next Tuesday now.

Out in the evening to see the former Doctor Who, Jodie Whittaker, in the play the Duchess. It's quite a thought provoking play, a difficult watch at times with a rape scene and torture.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A lovely evening out in London
