The Path above The Beach

We drove to Kingsbarns this morning for a walk on the beach. I was surprised by how busy it was until I remembered it was still school holidays. We walked along the beach then back by the path that runs between the beach and the golf course. It was bright, dry and sunny.
Then it was into St Andrews for petrol then on to Cupar for bird food at B&Ms.
I spent the afternoon reading.
We’ve just walked along to Catriona ‘s to wish her Happy Birthday. It’s now dark, wet and really windy, and the seals on the rocks are wailing. It’s almost spooky.
