Thursday: Table Decoration

We wanted to exit Belize in a fairly low key way but my assistant, Ashanti, wouldn’t have it.  So tonight we had a farewell dinner for the contacts I’ve particularly connected with and whom K has got to know.  It was also nice for K as she got to sit at the official table whereas normally she is behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly.

It was really enjoyable, definitely one of our more relaxed occasions.
