The funnel chanterelle can LOOK like clean, but you should always cut the yellow narrow foot in half too. There can be a surprice... 

Our daughter and her friends were picking mushrooms yesterday and brought few litres of funnel chanterelles for me too. It took me awhile to clean and freeze all of them.
