This is the only photo I have taken today, as it has been a busy one, with work, a speed work run, gym and the worlds biggest food shop (taking advantage of our 10 per cent off food voucher at Lidl) so a photo at the gym it was, I took this to post on my insta story about wearing the damn shorts!

All the party food for Mals birthday should arrive tomorrow morning, I just need to go grab some crisps! And make his cake!
