OUCH.....

......for 2 reasons #1 actually having the injection and
#2 we forgot to get these sorted for holiday and now we have to have them done privately which could cost £50-80 each .....O and The Rev need one each and J needs 2!!! (sorry J I have booked you an appointment next week)

Very hot again so glad for my swimming session....done lots of pottering!

GRATEFUL FOR:THE NHS....or the bill could have been £400-500!
